Water Rates

EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2026

For those users who use both Village water and sewer services and whose property to which service is provided is located within the municipal limits of the Village:

MONTHLY WATER AND SEWER RATES

                                      WATER                                   SEWER

First 1,000 gallons            $21.95                                   $10.00

All over 1,000 gallons       $9.00 per 1,000                      $5.00 per 1,000

 

For those users to which service is provided for property which is located entirely beyond the municipal limits of the Village:

MONTHLY WATER AND SEWER RATES

                                      WATER                                 SEWER

First 1,000 gallons           $43.90                                $20.00

All over 1,000 gallons      $18.00 per 1,000                  $10.00 per 1,000

 

For those users who do not use water, a charge of $21.00 per month shall be made for sewer services.
