Utility Shut-Off Policy

Effective January 1, 2026:

 

  • The Board of Trustees has voted to amend Ordinance 667. Any bill of $200 or more, or a balance that has not been paid in full for 2 months, shall be disconnected and will not be reconnected until the full amount is paid, including a $100 reconnection fee.

 

  • The clerks will no longer be permitted to accept post-dated checks.
